By accessing or using PamperWay services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Service Description
PamperWay provides home-based beauty and wellness services including makeup, hair styling, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, facials, and related treatments. Services are delivered by certified professionals at your specified address within our service areas.
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed through our official platform. Payment is processed at the time of booking or upon service completion, depending on the chosen payment method. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a fee equal to 50% of the service price. No-shows are charged the full service amount. Refunds for cancelled services are processed within 7 business days.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate booking information, ensure a safe and accessible environment for our professionals, and treat our team with respect. You must inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service. PamperWay reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions.
Service Quality and Liability
We strive to provide exceptional service quality. If you are unsatisfied with any service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns. PamperWay is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from undisclosed sensitivities, but we will work with you to find a resolution.
Intellectual Property
All content on the PamperWay website and platforms, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PamperWay and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
PamperWay's liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
